Full transfer requests for accounts holding non-transferable securities, such as Yandex (YNDX), will be rejected by the custodian. Instead, you must submit a Partial Transfer request and omit all non-transferable securities. Best practice is to have the receiving firm review the accounts' positions and identify any securities they cannot hold. Then you can decide if a full transfer can be submitted.
